Partner
Paul Donovan
I started at Wright & Co as a junior in 1986. Over the years, I’ve picked up a wealth of knowledge about the local area and its market, and I’ve really polished my negotiation skills. I’ve undertaken professional training in photography and I am a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. I was a school Governor and Chair of Governors for 20 years, I am a local auctioneer for many charities and schools and also a commercial pilot.
In my spare time, I have a long-term interest in rugby and I’ve undertaken many marathons and extreme events for local charities. I’m a father of three, and a proud special needs parent.
The key thing I have learned from my years in this industry is that I don’t stop learning, and I’m not too proud to take advice.

Richard Williams
I live locally with my wife and two young children who both go to school in Bishop’s Stortford. I was educated locally myself and grew up in the lovely village of Henham.
I joined Wright & Co in 1991 and I’m proud to say that I’m a Partner within the Company, a role I’m passionate about and one that I always want to bring fresh ideas to. I have an unrivalled knowledge of local properties and the local area. I’ve helped thousands of families with their property needs over the years.
When I’m not in the office I enjoy walking my dog, Ralph, in and around the local area so if you see us, come and say hi. If I’m not walking Ralph, I can often be found playing squash or tennis.

William Saville
I joined Wright & Co back in 2008 and have been working in our residential sales team ever since. I’ve always lived in the local area, having attended St Joseph’s Catholic primary school, Stansted Mountfitchet senior school and The Bishop’s Stortford High School and sixth form.
Other than being in our office in Sawbridgeworth, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, out on the road running or riding my bike.

Stuart Stark
I joined the team back in 1997 and I’ve been working in residential sales ever since. I grew up locally in Sawbridgeworth and attended the Leventhorpe senior school. I still live in Sawbridgeworth with my wife and two children – so you could say I like the local area!
When I’m not working, I enjoy running. I’ve now taken part in 3 marathons – and my times have been considerably faster than William’s and Paul’s!
Lettings Manager
Christopher Young MARLA
After finishing college, I joined Wright & Co. in early 2017 as an office trainee in the sales department. After spending some time in sales, I moved over to the lettings side of the business, where I progressed and eventually became Lettings Manager in 2025.
In 2023, I achieved my Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Having lived in Sawbridgeworth and the surrounding villages all my life, I have an excellent knowledge of the local area and property market.
In my spare time, I am an avid Chelsea supporter and play football for a local team every Sunday.

Lauren Hawkey
Lauren joined Wright & Co in 2025 as a Property Administrator / Inspection Clerk. Lauren lives in Sawbridgeworth with her Family, and has great knowledge of the local area

Lucy Sullivan
Lucy is the newest member of the rentals team and oversees any maintenance issues that may arise. She brings tremendous enthusiasm to her role and is always keen to help.

Angela Payton
I have 40 years’ experience in administration and secretarial support and have been with Wright & Co in their lettings team for 11 of those. I am responsible for all of the day to day administration in the office which helps to ensure that the team runs smoothly and productively.
I live in the town and when not working I enjoy singing in a local choir and performing at organised events in the surrounding area. I have even performed at BBC Proms in the Park.

I have lived in Sawbridgeworth for the past 25 years and have also been employed by Wright & Co for all this time, so I guess I must enjoy it!
After a variety of roles within the company, I am currently responsible for the day to day running of the lettings accounts department. In my spare time, I like pottering around in my garden and reading.
Secretary for Sales
Zoe Fish
I’ve worked at Wright & Co since 2011 as a secretary for the sales Partners. Prior to this I worked in the City for 25 years.
I live in Bishop’s Stortford with my two children. When I’m not working at Wright & Co I love to socialise with friends and family. I’m also a keen amateur cake maker.
