An idyllic green area, Sawbridgeworth has many rural walks on its doorstep. For a weekend activity, the National Trust Hatfield Forest is only a 10-minute drive away. The area also enjoys high-speed broadband and cable, sports and recreational facilities. We’re surrounded by some of the finest villages in Essex and Hertfordshire, so there’s always somewhere picturesque to explore.

Education

There are excellent junior and infant schooling, pre-schooling and nursery groups and a highly regarded senior school in Sawbridgeworth. Excellent independent schooling can also be found in the area. Transport

Sawbridgeworth has a reliable train service into both London Liverpool Street and Cambridge. There are many good road links with easy access to the M1, with Junction 7and Junction just a short drive away. The new junction 7a, to be completed summer 2022, will make access in the area even faster.
