Harlow has a busy main shopping area with a good selection of large supermarkets, shops, and independent traders. Harlow’s housing areas were designed around parks and green spaces and the town boasts a 164-acre park with river walks.

Leisure

Residents benefit from a fabulous sports centre with a swimming pool and one of the most extensive cycle track networks in the country. Harlow also has numerous recreational clubs, including tennis, football, cricket, rugby and many more. At the weekends you can visit the Gibberd Garden, a Grade II listed sculpture garden.

Transport

For commuters, there are excellent transport links with a fast train service into London Liverpool Street (28 minutes) and Tottenham Hale (19 minutes). Harlow’s excellent around-town bus service makes local travel easy and convenient.
