Time to start viewing

This is the really exciting part of the process. We advise all our applicants searching for a property to view its surrounding area first, and see what it looks like from the outside. Some viewings will be accompanied by us and others by the vendors.

Before making an offer

When you find the home that meets your requirements and you want to make an offer, we can help with your negotiations and settle on a price that works both for you and the seller. Once agreed, we will prepare a memorandum of sale and put yourself, your purchaser and your solicitors in touch with each other.

Finalise and move-in

Once you’ve exchanged contracts you can breathe a sigh of relief. The sale is now legally binding and you can look forward to your moving day! We can recommend a number of local and trusted removal companies. Our service doesn’t stop once you move in. We can also recommend local trades should you ever need them.
